VERELK 777 LLC was founded in 2018 with the aim of offering modern, high-quality, and reliable construction.
Since its inception, the company has experienced steady growth, strengthening its position in the construction industry and earning the trust of its clients.
Our first project — a multi-apartment residential building at 4/4 Acharian Street — was launched in 2018 and successfully completed within just one year. Its success laid the foundation for future growth and innovation.
In 2020, we completed our next major initiative — a modern townhouse complex at 35/74 Acharian Street, delivered within one year and on schedule.
Continuing on this path of development, VERELK 777 launched a new chapter — the construction of an entire residential district in the Arinj community. The buildings located at 9, 9/1, 9/2, and 9/3 Vahan Teryan Street once again demonstrated our company’s reliability and consistency.
All our projects have been completed within their planned timelines, forming a solid base for customer satisfaction and trust in our brand.
Today, VERELK 777 is bringing to life its newest and most ambitious project — the “VERELK” residential district, currently under construction in Arinj, at 13 Mher Mkrtchyan Street, 6–10.
Located right next to Yerevan and separated from the capital by just one street, the district offers the perfect blend of urban dynamism and suburban calm.
